      By downloading or using PDF to Quiz AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
    

1. About the App

PDF to Quiz AI is an iOS application developed independently that allows users to import PDF documents or text and generate AI-powered study materials including quizzes, flashcards, and summaries.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use PDF to Quiz AI for personal, educational, or professional study purposes. You agree not to:

Upload content you do not have the right to use
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
Generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or abusive

You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload sensitive personal data, confidential business information, or material protected by copyright that you are not licensed to use.

3. AI-Generated Content

Quiz questions, flashcards, and summaries are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. You should verify important information independently. We make no guarantees about the correctness or completeness of AI-generated output.

4. Free Tier and Subscriptions

PDF to Quiz AI offers a limited free tier with a daily generation cap. Unlimited access is available through a Pro subscription.

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are purchased through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Billing. Your subscription is billed through your Apple ID. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your device Settings under Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and underlying technology are owned by the developer. You retain ownership of any content you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDF to Quiz AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. AI output is not a substitute for professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is based. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
